ANYONE CAN DANCE teaches in many communities where couples come to class together. They may be married, partnered, or related (adult child and parent), or they may be neighbors or good friends. It’s useful to have a setting where both can learn to move together - and both can become stronger because of techniques they learn.
We may all have moments of difficulty with movement, whether it’s getting out of bed, crossing the thresh-hold from one room to the other, or even putting on a coat. This series will teach couples to practice and choreograph movements of everyday life using eye contact, verbal communication and safe movement that progresses from easier to harder.
